We’re excited to announce our second annual yoga retreat to Costa Rica! Join Jillian McAfee and Yvonne Rodriguez for a 6 day/5 night retreat to Encantada Ocean Cottages in Esterillos Este, Costa Rica!
Dates: November 4 - November 9, 2018
Retreat includes:
- Daily beachside Vinyasa Yoga classes.
- Guided Meditation and Pranayama.
- 2 Asana Lab workshops with Yvonne Rodriguez.
- 3 daily meals.
- As much or as little free time as you desire. Relax by the beach or the pool, or choose from the many optional group excursions that can be booked separately at the resort upon arrival (not included in retreat package cost). Examples include: zip lining, surfing, paddle boarding, white-water rafting, horse back riding, hiking, snorkeling, and massage!
