SLOW FLOW
Slow flow yoga is a breath-based movement practice that brings us home to our body with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation. This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.

YOGALATES
Discover the perfect balance of power and presence in our Yogalates class. This energizing yet grounding practice weaves together fluid yoga sequences with targeted Pilates movements to build deep strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. You’ll move with intention, connect to your breath, and awaken muscles you didn’t know you had—all while cultivating calm and clarity. 

RESTORATIVE FLOW
Slow down, soften, and surrender into the nourishing rhythm of Restorative Flow—a class designed to melt tension while gently guiding your body through mindful movement. This soothing practice blends slow, fluid sequences with longer-held restorative postures supported by props. Each transition is unhurried, each breath intentional. You’ll ease into stretches that open the body, calm the nervous system, and invite deep release—without strain or effort.

YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. it's also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”.

YIN YOGA
Sink into the quiet power of Yin Yoga, a slow and meditative practice designed to nourish the body’s deeper layers and calm the mind. In this grounding class, postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing you to gently target the connective tissues, fascia, and joints. The pace is unhurried. The effort is soft. The transformation is profound. As the body settles, the mind follows—creating space for reflection, awareness, and deep internal release.

VINYASA FLOW
Ignite your energy and move with intention in our uplifting Vinyasa Yoga class—a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. In Vinyasa, movement and breath are seamlessly woven together in creative sequences that flow from one pose to the next. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to feel like a moving meditation—energizing the body while sharpening mental clarity. Expect heat, rhythm, and a steady build toward a powerful and balanced relaxation.

DRAGON FLOW
A Mindful Vinyasa flow practice influenced by Tai-Chi principles that combines a strong focus on the breath, a heat generating flow, and gentle approach to challenging asanas.
